I'm certainly interested in Sea of Thieves, it's a good concept but I'm not 100% sold on it.
State of Decay 2 is probably the most solid exclusive game releasing in 2018, I'll probably get it.
Crackdown 3 I might pick up if their promise of a destructible environment holds true 3 years later.
RDR2 obviously my most anticipated game.
Anthem because it looks awesome.
Monster Hunter World maybe but it looks like it takes an eternity to kill monsters and you run more than slash.
Ashen looks cool.
The Last Night looks cool.
Forza Horizon 4 obviously, my favorite racing franchise.
