One of my biggest disappointment with Nintendo's games is that they left the brilliance of Paper Mario The Thousand-Year Door behind, and went in completely different and not wanted directions for the franchise after it.

The games are still good though. Just not what I want from Paper Mario games.

Also... Let's not bring up Federation Force. That game does not exist.

I still have to finish Color Splash...

While the gameplay doesn't compare to the first two games, the humor is in its own league...

And while Federation Force was apparently an enormous piece of ass, Samus Returns was the redemption the series needed...

And speaking of Metroid, has anyone brought up Metroid Prime 3???

While I don't think it's a bad game by any stretch of the imagination, the novelty of the "immersion" gimmicks with the motion controls wore thin pretty quickly...

Additionally, I feel like the essence of Metroid is compromised (or should I say...corrupted???) when you take out the sense of isolation...

Have a nice day...
