Well we should include a pro controller too, because everyone should have one of those...but wait, if you split the joycons you have two controllers.  Two joycons plus one pro controller is three....soooooo...

 

No, no, no...must be a coincodence...It is not like there are other features that come in three to back it up.  Lets look at voice chat for example.  You just need the Switch...ah crap, your phone too.  I guess it would need some kind of splicing device in between too...wait...one Switch, plus one splicer, plus one phone..............

 

Nooooooooo, that is pushing it.  Plus remember the Switch only had two GotY contenders.  Zelda and Mario...so yeah that is debunked.  Oh and Xenoblade 2...it was not nominated but MANY people consider that as their GotY too...wait.........Zelda, Mario, Xenoblade 2?
