Fire Emblem Warriors, Animal Crossing: Amiibo Fest, Mario Tennis for the Wii U, and recent Mario Party titles for reasons such as:
- FEW really dropped the ball in terms of its roster, still appealing to the same small fraction of the overall franchise
- Amiibo Fest is unbalanced and would have benefited from a mini game per turn via Mario Party style
- The most barebones and lazy version of a tennis game Nintendo has done, and they could have added in so much more.
- The MP team seems to have completely lost what made the originals so fun and continue to blunder it with each new title.
