I wouldn't say that since those games are old re-releases. Skyrim was ported to basically everything. Doom was released a year ago. L.A. Noire is also pretty old. I would expect the same for RE.
Now, if games released in the same timeframe than the X1/PS4 version sell way less, than that could be a problem. I don't think it will affect the sales of the Switch, since they seem to depend mostly on Ninty's 1st party titles.
