The whole thing felt cheap, the controllers, the connectors, accessories. At that point it was odd seeing something so low quality from Nintendo. Not to mention the wiimote, made it more of a toy than a gaming system.

Also after gaming on my shiny new 360 for a few months prior to my first experience with the Wii, the graphics were an absolute joke.

Props to Nintendo for creating a phenom though, but it just wasnt my cup of tea.

That being said, I've absolutely loved every other piece of gaming hardware Nintendo has put out, even the Wii U.

I see. I do not agree with much of what you said but it is your opinion so I can accept that.

I also had a 360 before Wii (as I got my 360 a little after launch and it did RRoD on me) but I guess I could accept the downgrade in graphics if the game was No More Heroes or something. I did enjoy DS even though PSP blew it away, too. Maybe you did not like DS though because 360 murders it graphically, too.

To the contrary I loved the DS and in fact spent a month trying to get a DS Lite during a crazy shortage. Of course I wasn't expecting 360 level graphics on a handheld so thats apples to oranges. Not to mention, DS lite was around what $130 in 2006? Compared to $400 for 360...
