Master System - Great Baseball
SNES - Super Metroid and Earthbound are tied for me
Genesis - I'm going with Sonic. But, there are probably 25 games that I could make a case for.
Sega CD - Cobra Command and Lunar are tied
32X - DOOM (I don't remember loving it, but I think I played it more than anything else.)
N64 - Goldeneye and Mario 64 tied
GB Color -
PSX - Crash Bandicoot
GBA - Superstar Saga
PS2 - Pro Skater 4
XBox - Halo: CE
Game Cube - The Thousand Year Door
PSP - Jack & Daxter: The Lost Frontier
DS - Bowser's Inside Story
X360 - Destiny (There are a ton. But, Destiny was the game I played the most on 360)
Wii - Super Paper Mario
3DS - A Link Between Worlds
WiiU - BotW and Kart are tied
XB1 - Witcher 3 and Destiny are tied
PS4 - TLOU Remastered
Switch - SMO
