They're both reliable and trust worthy. I know that Media Create is what Nintendo uses for it's official numbers reporting of physical game sales. I typically choose Media Create to follow each week (switching between the two is a no-no when making WoW or MoM comparisons).

I asked the same thing a while back. A couple people did say Media Create. 

Ah cheers for the responses. Yeah definitely wouldn’t switch between the two as their numbers are always different each week they put up their numbers.
