The conduit will run in 30 fps... not 60 fps WAIT WHAT?!!

Have you read the article above? even developer make a 60 fps game in any console you'll hardly see the difference because TVs always make the 30 fps lock. No more than that. And yeah, I research more on this framerate and refresh rate thing and its the graphics card that can make a game in 60 fps or more, not the monitor its different in consoles, the TV dictates what should seen in the screen so even how powerful the console was you really cant see the 60 fps thing. TVs relies on refresh rates to make the graphics or picture quality good, not the framerates unless your TV have its own GPU.
