That's the spirit.
The difference in 30 fps and 60 fps are hardly a deal breaking issue when it comes to consoles. It's nice to have at 60 fps but hard to notice the difference unless you're seeing the game side by side at 30 fps and 60 fps.
If you've enjoyed console gaming for the past several years then you won't have a problem with Conduit at 30 fps because a large percentage of games from last gen and even this gen are running at 30 fps.
