To figure out the number of Posts you go to your profile then go to posts and scroll through the pages until you end up in a post you made in 2016. Then look at then there will be a number between the left and right arrows and that number is the number of posts you made this year. For threads you do the same thing but instead of clicking on My Posts you click on My Threads.
For me i have 3410 posts and 144 threads this year.
