Even then it's still 40% for TFA (it also had Thu night previews, so to act like that disadvantages TLJ is ridiculous) and a still poor showing of 55% for TLJ. Here will be a fun game, how many days do we have to compare of TLJ to match TFA 3? 5? 6? Maybe even 7? Just stop while you're behind. 

You're lumping Thursday previews in with normal Friday theater hours and calling opening weekend a normal 3-day weekend? Then you turn around and act like it's a fair to compare a not-really-3-day opening weekend with many thousands of extra screenings on Thursday evening to a second weekend possessing a Christmas Eve, a day known for always being bad for box office results?
