The facts say that it's very likely Wii U owners or most of them are 3DS owners as well why? Because the two platforms aren't two separate userbase they're one userbase who bought two platforms by replacing both of them the userbase now only needs to buy one platform this is why your logic here is getting the responses it has you're trying to peg the total of 3DS+Wii U as the main target despite that this large hole in the argument exists.
You're essentially saying that some consumers have to buy the Switch twice because it replaced two platforms they had prior.
