360 is the king of rpg's this gen,so why isnt it doing good in japan

Because the console isn't made in Japan, and Japan is all about tradition and patriotism.

 

Also, its a case of them coming to the console too late to spur interest. If say, these games were released in Japan before the PS3 or Wii came out, you might have seen better sales.
