It uses the same automatic system for every movie, there is no person manually erasing the votes they don't want, if this movie has a 7.7 then it hold the same value as the 7.7 of IT for example.

You don't know what and how they are doing it. You suppose it's an automatic system which is always the same but it's all a guessing game until it's disclosed.
