On Metacritic, it's 4.7/10 for the people. On RT, it's 3.2/5 , with only 53% approbation rate. And as the time goes on, the scores are lowering a little.

As we have seen, the opinion of professional who are all friends with each others and supporting of each other are worthless in this case. That's the biggest rift between fans and professionnals.

Stop moving the goalpost, a 7.7 is a great score specially when there is an horde of angry fans giving it the lowest possible score and Imdb has almost literally 50 times more votes than any of those pages you talk about so the sample is way more reliable.

RT has 143 000 votes also.  I have heard that IMDB are filtering reviews and calculating a score that isn't an average. If true their score are worthless and manipulated.

For other countries, if you care, it doesn't bode well. By far the lowest score of the franchise in France (2.9/5).
