How would you feel, if Sony traded the Spider-Man movie rights for a 15 year exclusivity deal of all Disney licensed games?

I think at the minimum The Visceral Star Wars game that was cancelled, if possible Disney needs to hand it over to Sony/PlayStation since it's supposedly a single player game and Sony's studios are good at that. Console exclusive maybe.
