Progress update: (Yeah I'm gonna' be giving updates about my progress in here, lol)...

So I've now spent over ten hours with the game (Wish I could play more but I've been ill for the last few days so haven't really spent much time playing the game, just an hour or two a day or something) and I'm in the Ether Mine just before Colony 6, just met up with that old dude and we're looking for Juju. I'm level 22 or 23, can't remember if I leveled up or not, but yeah, things are going pretty well so far, I've hit the level cap of my Arts so far though and don't know where to find the books or whatever I need to level them up further... do I find them or buy them? I now have Sharla in my party as a healer which is SO helpful, but not sure which Arts to level up with her, I've maxed out Heal Shot as far as I can, I think that's what it's called... but it now heals more than the standard Heal Burst and the cooldown is 3x shorter, lol. I guess I should just level up all healing abilities with her?

You'll find most of the books that unlock the next three art levels in shops. The ones that unlock the last levels are found in gold chests from high level enemies.

Given that characters can't spam the same art due to the cooldown system it's better to level up all of Sharla's healing and protection arts (Heal Round, Heal Blast, Heal Bullet, Shield Bullet and Heal Counter). Heat Bullet is very useful too because tension has a big impact in battle despite being "hidden". Even if she's a healer you'll want to level up one damaging art that match the color of the arts of the other two characters in your party to deal good damage with chain attacks (probably two arts later in the game as the chance of extra attacks during chains increases and you get gear with 100% debuff protection, so you don't need the arts that remove debuffs anymore).

As you've probably guessed Tranquiliser is another trap.

I have to say that Sharla's AI is surprisingly good when compared with the AI healers tend to have in other RPGs.
