Even though I didn't particularly like the X-Men franchise, I still highly preferred it to MCU, at least there was a decent movie occasionally, with some creative ideas. Now it will just be part of the generic MCU franchise.

In general I think the world needs to change; capitalism, which has benefited society a lot in the past, is beginning to be a burden. Fewer and fewer companies own more and more, Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Facebook and Disney will soon own everything related to entertainment and world wide web.

Meh, there are so many different movies and companies. Each year new ones come and new ones go. The biggest news here is the whole Hulu acquisition I think..

It is monopolizing though, Disney is pulling further and further ahead.
