Only worry I have is the smaller FOX studios like Searchlight who might get lost in the transition

Now that they own 60% of Hulu, people think Disney might put its content there instead of making a brand new service.

I doubt it as NBC Universal own 30% of Hulu and Time Warner 10%.

I think Disney want to make a new service where they can keep the whole 100% for themselves.

With Fox's 12.92% share, Disney now have a 39.01% market share in NA.

Not that many left to buy honestly:
1. Disney - 39.01%
2. Warner (Time Warner) - 16.86%
3. Universal (Comcast) - 12.50%
4. Sony - 8.07%
5. Paramount (Viacom) - 7.50%
