Microsoft was extremely desperate for something "exclusive" this year, that's why they moneyhatted PUBG and started marketing campaign.

It clearly wasn't ready for this December, even for Early Access on a console, considering PC 1.0 comes out in few days.

I actually can’t believe they‘ve released it in that state. After all the boasting about „their specialists helping with the port“ and „giving it the First Party gold treatment”.. 

Where is that Sea of Thieves water btw.?!
