Sounds like an excuse to me tbh. I mean sure, in an idealist world third parties wouldn't make exclusives but I think we've all grown past that at this point...
Edit: Kind of surprised though how much of a big deal they made of Bayonetta PC port and Vanquish and now PC gamers get nothing
