Switch won't turn on

This happened to me actually, freaked the heck out of me too, try plugging it in an outlet, does it show the battery icon charging? If not, try holding down the power button until it shows something on the screen, sorry I don't really know how I did it, but after that, I never let my battery go below 5% or empty.
