It pretty much would have to be since the stream on the 12th isn't for the DLC. Nintendo has shown off stuff at the Game Awards in the past so its not unlikely. If they don't say something soon, it may be pushed back to 2018. Nintendo is still saying it's coming out this year, so we'll see.
