As I said - seems like they’re pushing the stock to brick and mortar stores and not Amazon. Because otherwise, why ship to countries like AU where it’s getting over 20% discounts for BF?

Same reason PS4 Pro received $60 discount 2 weeks after launch on Black Friday by Amazon and Target.  To attract customers to your stores rather than your competitors. Switch doing great definitely bothers you too.

And that 20% discount Switch in Australia?  That was for one day on Myer's eBay site.

EB Games Australia had a 20% discount back in September but that was for ALL consoles and it required an online code and also very limited.

Don't try to pass that 20% off as some permanent, official price cut.

The PS4 Pro isn’t the main model though. The PS4 did not receive any discount, and certainly not a $100 discount, in its first year on the market in AU.

And I’m not talking about those Switch discounts in October, September, June (yes within 4 months), I’m talking about the $100 discount last week.

Interpret it as you will but truth is that the Switch is getting discounts in a way that the PS4 didn’t in its first year.
