That's what I was thinking. Nintendo was apparently the sole reason Goldeneye didn't appear on XBLA, so it if Viva Pinata (or even some other Rare franchise... cough*killerinstinct*cough*...) went to the Wii, that could be Microsoft's way of "buying" the way to get Nintendo to agree to their terms to get Goldeneye on the Xbox.
