I'm sure some (if not most) of these were on PC, though. I'm not a PC gamer so I don't know.

Let us assume that all these things were introduced by the Xbox brand, what one can take away from this is the fact that the Xbox One has failed to bring anything new to gaming or the legacy of Xbox.

Focusing on PC would be the best thing for Microsoft at this point. It just seems like they are saving face at this point.

Funny thing is a lot of it was done on other consoles. Famicom had DLC. So did N64 and Dreamcast and DC had downloadable games. Broadband gaming? DC had a broadband adapter. Streaming video? Again Dreamcast had it with Dreameye. I could argue SNES Satelview was cloud games. You were playing a streaming game with the likes of BS Zelda. About everything he listed was a continuation of what has existed before just more advanced.  SEGA was 2nd to the big N and Nintendo is the most innovative console maker around.
