From the top of my head: Share Button/Feature, Share Play and PS Now are pretty revolutionary imo. 

Share Play and PS Now are not that popular, but the idea itself is great.

Don't forget VR and the touchpad and speaker on the controller, precise controller motion tracking.

Account sharing is great too...I love I can share all my games with my brother.
