What do you mean? look at it "highest by dollars sales" = "ps4 1tb 199$".

This means the PS4 outsold the switch by atleast 50% in target to win that ranking there, instead of the switch (299$).

It should be also noted that last year, the XB1S came out on top in Target last Black Friday. For the PS4 to be up on top (in terms of revenue) is a little surprising considering Target is where the XB1S has its best BF deal.
