For Xbox to win npd's in the first 10 months next year it will basically need the x to have at least 40% of all its sales which won't happen. What Xbox needs to win non holiday months is more/better games. 

It could happen. Pro and the launch of the X have proven that there is a market for premium consoles. Also 20% of ps4 sales certainly isn't 20% of Xbox One sales.

 

Wether it will happen though? Unlikely.
