Don't forget the additional income (or technically lower expenditure) of not having to manufacture/ship the discs. Oh and in the case of Europe there's also the additional income of higher digital prices compared to physical.

Didn't forget it, just didn't want to go too deep into detail and confuse anybody trying to read it. But you're right, that some additional money they don't have to spend. It was however included in my calculations below.
