PS4 sells great, NS sells great, 3DS still sells more than decently and XBOne sells decently, if the whole console gaming market hasn't shrunk since 7th gen, and excluding that any current gen console sales suddenly plummet, there are enough potential buyers left to grant PS4 and NS stellar lifetime sales, and good sales to XBOne too. 3DS will stop under its true potential, but Ninty had to sacrifice it making a hybrid to save its share of home console market seriously damaged by Wii U flop (I expect Sony to make at least a hybrid version of its next gen home console to do the same, in the opposite direction, to save its share of portable market). PSV was doomed to niche status by Sony attitude itself; luckily for it, many Japanese 3rd party developers, except Capcom, never stopped loving it.
