Overwatch lootboxes contain only cosmetic items like skins, not characters/items that affect gameplay unlike battlefront 2.

It's still not okay. Lootboxes need to die in the fires of hell.
You can play Overwatch for hundreds of hours and not unlock everything... Which is crap in my eyes.
