I used to buy Nintendo consoles but their lineups just get and more samey to me and I'm less and less interested in the Mario, Zelda, etc. rehashes. I played Zelda on Switch and it just seemed like a more annoying open world. Mario I haven't been impressed with since N64 honestly. Just don't get where all the praise comes from. AC Origins seems like a way better open world than Zelda so far.
