Eh, there is no such thing as Black Friday here so it doesn't bother me, I'll buy mine when it gets enough exclusives that I'd like to play. As for the US, it only means that anyone that wants a Switch for these holydays will be able to get it whitout much trouble.
Nintendo should probably try to meet demand in Japan before thinking about cutting the price in other regions anyways.
