Having cross play without being able to join up with the other console users would still have huge benefits for everyone. It helps load times for us, it helps ecosystem for the devs. Allowing more players in 1 pool opening the possibility for more varied playlists. The negative effect for Sony would be marginal at best here. And arguing against cross play falls into blind allegiance in my mind. Oh my Lord, please stop with this. It's the go to argument in every single thread on this subject. I'm a realist, that's all. People want to know why, I provide the answer. 

It doesn't change the fact that it's the truth. And I did point out that there is stuff that could be done by both ms and Sony to make it happen without taking advantages away from Sony. And maybe ms is the ones being stubborn about it and not budging on certain aspects of it. I'm saying it's not nessicaily all sonys fault at all. But cross play is good for everyone.
