Yep, hopefully both sell well. I feel like these two will be treated as the measuring stick for Western AAA multiplats on the system. If they flop, we likely won't be getting many more. On the other hand, if they do well, more should come.

well Skyrim has been in the top 10 of the eshop charts in EU for the last 2 weeks now... just from people pre installing it and buying it before launch even. And doom is up there now as well alongside it, 2x €60 games outselling some of the 10-20e indie titles like Stardew and such which are meant to be doing good numbers, I would wager than Bethesda are very pleased with their early support rewards already.

Hope so anyway, as long as it didn't cost too much to employ panic button to get to work on them, those guys should be making more money with other companies checking out their work as well.

They deserve a nice cash injection for showing faith in the system and being proactive in creating audience there instead of just hanging back and waiting for others to take the initiative. I was never really a big fan of Bethesda in the past, but I bought Doom on Switch day 1 and I'll be doing the same with Wolfenstein II.
