Reads more like a list of products rather than inventions. Though I guess that depends on what you consider inventions. Very few of the items listed fit into what I'd call inventions at least.

What would you call inventions?

Most inventions serve for mass consumption these days. Even the Tesla car, which was considered as a game-changer back when the original model was introduced, is now breaking in mainstream markets.

New technology?

Taking a look at this list, we find: low calorie ice cream, makeup for all skintones, a gym that also does medical tests, a wrist thermometer, the fidget spinner (which is just a centerpiece conntected to the arms with ballbearings), a lock that opens the door automatically when the key is close (huh, sounds familiar? That's because cars have been doing this for years), the Iphone X (which has the same features as plenty of other phones). I could probably find more examples.

All of those may be neat products that might not have had much of a market before, but to call them inventions? Many of those products (or something equivalent to them) have even existed for decades.
