Lol yep stupid data that shows a 20 year old trend while you provide no data whatsoever other than piggybacking off what others say, good for you pal.

try to use your brain for a minute. we are talking about the holidays being a advantage, compared to launching in march, not second month being a decline, if switch shipped 600k, for november, and 600k for december, how is that a advantage compared to march? in the end they both sold the same for in 2 months.

First there is no any need for insults. Second, December like second month is a part of holiday season, third, clear fact is that consoles will sell much better during holiday season than any in other date in year in any case, that goes for launch also. Fact that Switch was sold out in march and april don't change that fact, point is simple, if launch was in holiday season and not in Q1 Nintendo would from start made plans to have bigger stocks for holiday season launch compared to march launch (where they actually initially prepared 2m for launch that led to huge stock problems). November and December are always most busiest months for almost any product, and that especially goes for consoles, there is a reason why consoles in most cases have launch in holiday season, because it's obvious they will have great sales and great launch in any case, even Wii U (thats worst selling Nintendo console ever) had good launch because holiday season and right after holiday season sales were catastrophic.
