i think the ps4pro was a reaction on the XOneX because of that there was a so low advertising which ends in low release sales.

It was the other way around, obviously. Rumours that Pro was to be announced started over half a year before Scorpio was announced. The whole presentation at E3 just clearly showed they didn’t have anything to show yet. It was MS’s reaction, not the other way around.
