They will if they see reason, just like Saban bought back Power Rangers from Disney out of dissatisfaction.

Like I wrote, that's highly unlikely, Nintendo never bouth IP, they have more than enough own IPs that dont use, they will use some of their own IPs or make new one. Best we can hope is we will get Diddy Kong Racing 2.
