10M doesn't suggest a level of confidence of 30M, and as you said they made 10M because they didn't had parts to procure, you can't have both.

Make notes if you want, Will you make notes for the props as well?

And will you also counter argument the ones thinking it make sense to produce 30M to sell 25M?

All I'm going to say is.....30 million is not confidence, its overconfidence. Also the parts issue looks to be sorted out now.
