This makes no sense I can't even figure out what you're trying ask other then assume you mean why make them, because that's how business has always operated you don't seem to understand what is meant by making units as each month they make a certain amount to ship on a schedule in the last month of the fiscal year they're still making units to ship the following month which is in the next fiscal year.
