Um... I hate to rain on everyone's parade, but is this "Sinobi" website reliable at all? As in, is this guy an authority on data-collecting somehow? I just ran the page through Babelfish, and it doesn't appear as though he has any sources for his claim.
Since the only other source is a forum post (lol), I'm inclined to be skeptical.
Edit: Just realized it's a blog post (double lol). Needless to say, I'll be waiting for the actual numbers, thanks, because those sound slightly unbelievable.
