What is your most memorable level or chapter in a game?

I suck : ( I can't really think of any.

The closest I can think of is the final level in Halo 3, that segment where you escape in the warthog, along with the Sergeant Johnson death would probably make me cry today out of nostalgia.

Also Gears of War 3 when Dom dies.
