Im playing the game right now and the gap is quite big in my opinion, online especially is really blurry and almost unplayable.

The gap is obviously big in framerate and resolution, and it's obviously more blurry. That's a given, I don't think anyone expected more of this game (it'd be impossible to achieve tbh). But you have the experience with the game, so I'd ask you, what makes the online unplayable? Lag? Framerate problems? The campaign mode seems solid enough, and I've played the game before on the PS4.

Oh no framerate and resolution dont bother me at all, its just the blurriness of the game that makes it unplayable, my time is limited so far in the game as I have only had it since this morning but I just watched the video at the start of this topic and would say that it makes the Switch version look alot better than it does in real life on the Switch screen and in motion.

I couldn't care less about the framerate or resolution, and I would rather the game actually had less texture detail if anything if it could just get rid of the blurriness. I went to the online menu's obviously all the text in the menu's looks super crisp and clear because it's just text, and I clicked weapon loadouts, where it shows you a little image of each weapon and they are so blurry, almost like PS2 quality. Also I jumped into an online match, just in the 'practice mode' as I am new to DOOM, and the visual quality was just too blurry, I think alot of people will be quite put off.

I honestly don't think the initial video gives off the real quality of the game's visuals at all playing it in person.
