Not really.
It matched Black OPs 3 basically with PS3 version included. The first Black Ops also got close to that number.
And Black Ops 2 sold combined > 210k.
With digital I would say the CoD sales are fairly steady, with minor shifts due to change in generation.

And its been like that with 5 or more years with GT6 vs the best selling CoDs. In fact it hasn't even been close.
CoD BO2 FW: 220k (without dubbed edition) LTD: 737k (without digital)
