As terrible as it is, his reaction was even worse.
We've all done stupid things, but not accepting you're wrong and apologizing is very shameful. It's probably why I've learned to do nothing when angry instead of saying dumb shit I'll regret.
I've had these types of moments at work, and honestly going on rants is the last thing that will do anything
