Well, gonna take the optimistic route and see this as a positive sign.

Well, I am not sure. I know this is the second time it is sold out on Amazon France (both LE and normal versions). Maybe it is only an amazon thing. The game was ranked around 35 before selling out. France being a strong market for those kind of games, it would be strange from Nintendo to undership here...but nothing's impossible.
