Its a scene without context and thus how do you expect people to respond.  This is the problem with you advertise your game with a very violent scene to give the impression of maturity but it feels like it's trying to hard.  You do not see this with movie or TV shows because the violence is not the main point of those media but instead the complete story.  I personally do not have an issue with the violence within the game, I have an issue advertising the violence and giving the appearance it's glorifying it within the game.  

It's a trailer of a mature rated horror survival game for the fans of the series. What hysterical normies think of it is irrelevent to be quite honest especially when they parrot that nonsense about it promoting violence against women.
